A creation of the company Elexctrolux in celebration of their kitchenware products, The Cube by Electrolux is a new pop-up restaurant that has now opened atop the Royal Festival Hall in London after Brussels and Milan. Just in time for the 2012 London Olympic Games and for just four months, this exclusive and cool restaurant will feature the talents of some of the most exciting chefs in the UK who work with Electrolux every day.
Six chefs such as Tim Kitchin, Sat Bains, Claude Bosi, Daniel Clifford and Jonray and Peter Sanchez have been handpicked from around the British Isles. With eight Michelin stars between them, each will present a unique menu inspired by the season and setting, demonstrating the crafting of every delicious dish. A dinner will feature a minimum of five courses, accompanied by specially matched wines as well as “unique sound and light concepts, to make the experience one to remember”.
This is a unique opportunity to watch some of Britain’s top chefs cook for just 18 guests high above the hustle and bustle, against a backdrop of the River Thames, Big Ben and the Houses of Parliament. Designed by Italian architect Park Associati, the restaurant is made entirely from glass giving guests spectacular views over London with a minimalistic and simplistic layout from Electrolux. Indeed, Electrolux sponsors this mobile eatery to help promote its own line of lighting, kitchen appliances and other technologies.
Just like other pop-up restaurant Noma at the Claridge’s, The Cube by Electrolux will run from June 1st to September 30th, 2012 in London. If you’re looking for an intimate and exclusive setting which can seat your up to 18 people, make sure to contact your luxury concierge Pure Conciergerie to arrange dinner reservation and booking at The Cube by Electrolux in London. Prices are set for £175 per person for lunch and £215 for dinner Monday to Sunday.
