Parisians love Roland Garros and so do we. The city of lights is currently hosting what is considered to be the most physically demanding tennis tournament of the year: the Roland Garros Tournament. Until June 7th, Paris is the venue for the second Grand Slam Tournament of the year, attracting International tennis heavyweights like Roger Federer, Rafael Nadal, Serena Williams, Dinara Safina, and Juan Martin Del Potro, to name a few.
Place your bets and cheer for you favourite players. Can Rafael Nadal of Spain remain undefeated on the French Open? Is Serena ready to dominate, or will Dinara Safina, the new No. 1, win her first Grand Slam? So far, Nadal, Federer, Del Potro, Roddick, Mathieu for the men’s, and Dementieva, Safina, Sharapova, Bartoli and Williams for the women’s, have advanced to the next round.
Let’s see what happens June 6th and June 7th at the women’s and men’s finals. GO GO FEDERER…
A day at Roland Garros is a great way to spend a lovely summer day… Be there!
