The Pineapple Upsides Down cocktail drink with vodka and tuaca

Tuaca and vanilla vodka transform pineapple juice into a dessert-like cocktail; when it’s cold outside, make yourself a warm and bright cocktail drink to escape the winter blues. We introduce to you the Pineapple “Up-Sides-Down” cocktail recipe published in Saveur Magazine in Oct 2013.

The Pineapple “Up-Sides-Down” cocktail recipe:

Ingredients

2 oz. Tuaca (vanilla citrus liqueur)

2 oz. vanilla vodka

1 oz. fresh pineapple juice

Maraschino cherry, for garnish

Preparation

Stir Tuaca, vodka, and juice together in a cocktail shaker. Pour over a tumbler glass of crushed ice; garnish with a cherry. This drink is lovely and delicious! Don’t forget to drink responsibly, as always…
