Gulfstream Aerospace is setting new heights with their intentions for the launch of the G650, a brand new business jet built by what many consider to be the fastest, widest, longest-range business jet.

The G650 offers a well-lighted cabin environment spacious enough to accommodate business meetings, small-group discussions, or restful contemplation. Depending on the configuration the world’s fastest business jet can seat 11 to 18, has a full kitchen and bar, individual entertainment system, satellite phone service and wireless Internet access. And it is not over yet. The G650 will have the largest “panoramic” windows of any aircraft with a staggering 28 inches. Powered by two Rolls-Royce BR725 engines, which according to a Gulfstream spokesperson, are purportedly more powerful than their predecessors, the BR710, and yet cut fuel consumption and emissions this business jet will produce a maximum range of 7000 nautical miles (12,960km) at a cruise speed of Mach .85, which means it will get you from Zurich to Rio in no comparable time for your meeting. Being across the ocean without the hassle of a commercial jet at the comfort of your own plane. The G650 is undoubtedly the world’s fastest civil aircraft.

Demand for the company’s new G650 has far outstripped early supply. Gulfstream has received several letters of inquiry with a deposit from prospective buyers. However, the Gulfstream G650 won’t be ready for delivery until 2012. The list price for the G650 is about US $58.5 million but taking into account the required pre-payment arrangement, the total cost could rise to almost US $65 million. Let’s see who the real jet setter is now!!
