Due to hit shelves this December 2014, Versace is launching a new scent for women as an addition to the popular men’s edition Eros from 2012.
The new fragrance Eros Pour Femme was created by perfumers from the Firmenich company – Alberto Morillas, Olivier Cresp and Nathalie Lorson – and is the newest addition to the Versace fragrance family.
With the campaign images shot by Mert Alas and Marcus Piggott, Brian Shimansky, the face of the men’s Eros scent, is back in the campaign, with gorgeous model Lara Stone, who is captured in a flowing white dress and Greek-inspired gladiator sandals. “Eros is God of love and the goal of Eros Pour Femme campaign was to present that Eros was seduced and to suggest the strength of a woman,” stated Donatella Versace.
The composition of Eros Pour Femme – which is bottled up in a gold rounded bottle with the brand’s iconic Medusa symbol on it – includes Sicilian lemon, Calabrian bergamot and pomegranate, lemon flower, Sambac jasmine absolute, peony, musk and sandalwood, set to capture the heart of anyone who smells it.
